  • What chemicals do we use for pool servicing?

We only use premium, professional-grade chemicals. Furthermore, we use proprietary mixes that ensure your pool doesn’t turn cloudy or green at any time of the year. If you need weekly service, call us. We are here to keep your pool balanced and sanitary, so it never turns green or cloudy.

  • Is pool conditioning part of our services?

A pool conditioner or stabilizer is an important chemical used to disinfect your pool. It protects chlorine from harmful UV light that breaks it down. Without a conditioner, you would need tons of chlorine in your pool water, making it a less friendly swimming environment.

  • What pool services do we include?

We do weekly pool water testing to guarantee that your pool has balanced chemicals, a clean filter, proper pH, and clear water. We offer the following services:

We keep a well-documented record of every pool servicing.  Keep in mind that nobody should swim for at least an hour after service. The newly added chemicals must circulate throughout the entire pool first.

  • What’s my role in maintaining my swimming pool?

Professional pool cleaners can’t do everything for you—simply because they can’t visit your home every day. At some point, leaves from nearby trees and grass can get into the pool. Each time this happens, you may need to go inside for some quick skimming.

Please provide a clear access path to your swimming pool. Once it’s time for our technician to service your pool, don’t forget to provide gate access if you live in a gated community—for those with locked gates, please provide a key. If there are any covers or anything that forbids access to the pool, remove them.

Moreover, see to it that pets and other animals are not out and about. This is most especially true if they always try to escape, and are not friendly to our staff.

  • Why do I need to maintain my pool regularly?

Consider your swimming pool as an investment, and just like any other investment, it needs regular maintenance. This will ensure comfort and protection and keep your pool safe and clean for everyone to enjoy. Moreover, a well-maintained pool will have a longer lifespan, hold off expensive repairs, and prevent bacteria growth.

  • Do we offer estimates or quotes over the phone?

Absolutely. Our pricing is generally flat rate because most pools are similar in size. But for very large pools, we can give you an estimate based on the size and number of gallons.

  • What should I consider before buying a new house with a pool?

Before buying a house with a pool, get a thorough inspection first. Compliance with safety and electrical terms is crucial for pool systems and equipment.

  • Why is my pool turning green?

Pool water turns green because of a vast range of factors, including algae growth from phosphates or metals in water. Sometimes, it can turn a darker color and require more time to brush off and thoroughly clean.

  • Why is maintaining the correct water level important?

It helps achieve proper filtration and skimming action. Being at the correct water level is also essential for your water heater to work properly.

  • Is water topping off a part of weekly service?

No, we do not top off the water to your pool.  It is the responsibilty of the pool owner to top off the water in their pool.  We will notify you if the pool water is low and needs to be topped off.
